How to redeem

Email us on customerservices@encore.co.uk quoting your reference number, details of your chosen show, number of tickets required and your ticket budget per person.
Choose 2 performance dates in order of preference, we recommend that you choose dates from Spring 2021 to due the ongoing situation with COVID-19.
We will check availability for your desired show on the dates provided and send you some seating options for you to check and confirm within your price budget, prior to us completing your new booking and redeeming your voucher. (Availability is live and is subject to availability and change)
Once you are happy to proceed, we will redeem your e-voucher and send you the booking confirmation details. If there is an additional balance to pay, we will call you to pay this when we confirm your new booking. No booking will be confirmed until any balance outstanding has been paid.
